In our fast paced society, often convenience trumps what's actually best for us. I know I'm guilty of running through a fast-food drive thru far too often when I'm feeling rushed. But when you're this busy, what can you do to keep your family healthy?

Columbus may be in the Midwest, but that doesn't mean we're a city of nothing but stews, sandwiches and hot dogs. If that were the case, I wouldn't continue to live here, because I couldn't survive without my Indian food fix every few weeks. I'm grateful each day that Columbus has so many excellent restaurants that offer foods from around the world, many of which are also child-friendly.  Read more...

When she's kicking her soccer ball around, the yard is a soccer field.
